Raamovereenkomst voor juridische bijstand en vertegenwoordiging voor rechtbanken en andere instanties van geschillenbeslechting

The Flemish Government has awarded a framework agreement for legal assistance and representation services to six law firms: BV Gysen – De Keyser – Swerts Advocaten (GD&A Advocaten), DLA Piper UK LLP, Dentons Europe LLP, Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick, Stibbe BV/SRL, and Xirius Public BV. The agreement, valued at €73,725 and awarded on 27 April 2026, enables the Flemish Energy and Climate Agency to engage these advocates for litigation representation before courts and dispute resolution bodies, preventive legal advice on potential disputes, and general legal counsel related to disputes affecting the Flemish Region and Community.
