The scope encompasses design and supervision of major maintenance, renovation, safety improvements, and urgent interventions in lycées, staff accommodation, the Nantes Campus, and other buildings where the region has ownership or tenant obligations. This award, valued at €3,500,000, was completed on 8 December 2025 and represents a relaunch of lot 6 covering Maine-et-Loire in the Angers heritage sector.
