Overview
The EU ETS Directive: The Commission shall, on request, provide technical assistance to Member States with low effective participation in projects under the Innovation Fund for the purpose of increasing the capacities of the requesting Member State to support the efforts of project proponents in their respective territories to submit applications for funding from the Innovation Fund, in order to improve the effective geographical participation in the Innovation Fund and increase the overall quality of submitted projects.
