Overview
Le présent accord-cadre est un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu pour une période d'un an à compter du 5 juin 2025 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Il pourra être reconduit de façon expresse 3 fois par périodes consécutives de 1 an. La décision de reconduction de l'accord-cadre est notifiée au titulaire au moins 2 mois avant son expiration par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Aucune indemnité n'est due au titulaire en cas de non-reconduction de l'accord-cadre. Le titulaire ne peut pas refuser la reconduction.
