Overview
Anlass für das Vergabeverfahren ist der geplante Neubau einer 5-gruppigen Kindertagesstätte. Der bestehende Kindergarten ist zu klein und sanierungsbedürftig und kann deshalb nur noch zeitlich begrenzt genutzt werden. Der aktuelle Planungsstand Gebäudeplanung ist ein Vorentwurf durch das Architekturbüro Knorr & Thiele, Öhringen (Stand 05.2025). Auf Grund der Bedarfslage soll die Umsetzung des Gebäudes als Modulbau bzw. in einer Bauweise mit hohen Vorferti-gungsgrad erfolgen. Bei der Realisierung hat ein möglichst geringer Planungs- und Bauablauf sehr hohe Priorität. Angestrebt wird eine Ausführung in Holzbauweise mit hohem Vorfertigungsgrad/ Modulbau, um die Bauzeit zu opti-mieren
