Helsingin kaupunkin asunnot Oy (Heka) has awarded a contract for supervision and planning services of residential property yards to Piha- ja puistosuunnittelu Pirttijärvi Oy. The service includes monitoring the implementation, quality, and safety of greenery maintenance across Heka's four service areas, with a focus on the growing season (April–October), plus minor yard redesign planning involving coordination with residents and maintenance partners. The contract is valued at 552,800 EUR for two years with two optional extension years of one year each, with two named supervisors assigned to different regional maintenance areas.
