Technical University–Sofia awarded the engineering, design, construction, and supervision contract for fire detection systems, emergency and evacuation lighting in five teaching blocks (Blocks 3, 4, 7, 9, and 10) to MARK SECURITY SYSTEMS EOOD for 386,150 EUR on 1 July 2026. The scope includes design and installation of automatic and manual fire alarm systems with password-protected access levels, emergency lighting systems, technical documentation, and on-site supervision to ensure compliance with Bulgarian building safety regulations.
