Ponudniki lahko oddajo ponudbo za posamezni artikel oz. sklop artiklov.
Ponudniki morajo pri sklopih 1, 4, 6, 7, 8 in 10 ponuditi vse razpisane artikle iz posameznega sklopa.
Ponudnikom pri sklopih 2, 3, 5, 9, 11, 12 in 13 ni potrebno ponuditi vseh razpisanih artiklov, ampak lahko oddajo ponudbo za posamezni razpisani artikel iz sklopa.
