Overview
Die Stadt Winsen (Luhe) plant die Ausweisung eines Wohngebietes im Ortsteil Pattensen. Das Plangebiet des B-Plans Pattensen Nr. 12 "Allernweg" ist am nordöstlichen Ortsrand verortet, der Geltungsbereich beträgt ca. 5,7 ha. Das Gebiet soll über den südlich gelegenen Allernweg erschlossen werden. In östlicher Verlängerung führt der Allernweg als Bruchweg in die Feldmark, in westliche Richtung schließt der Allernweg an die Hauptverkehrsstraße Blumenstraße (K 8) an. Vorgesehen ist die Entwicklung eines allgemeinen Wohngebietes (WA) in heterogener Bebauungsstruktur. Es sollen rund 48 Wohneinheiten entstehen.
