Overview
Der bestehende zweigruppige Breitekindergarten in der Uhlandstraße soll durch einen Neubau mit zugehörigem Außenbereich ersetzt und vergrößert werden.
Vorgesehen und geplant ist die Errichtung eines 5-gruppigen Kindergartens (mit der Option auf eine 6. Gruppe) mit 3 Gruppen Ü3 und 2-3 Gruppen U3.
Die geschätzten Baukosten (KG200 - 700) betragen brutto rund 6.4 Mio. €.
Termine: Die Beauftragung erfolgt nach Ende des Vergabeverfahrens. Der Baubeginn ist vorgesehen für den 15.10.2026, die Inbetriebnahme für den 31.12.2027.
