Overview
Der Auftragnehmer (AN) übernimmt für die Zeit vom 13.01.2026 (12 Uhr) bis voraussichtlich 13.01.2027 (8 Uhr) für den Landkreis Heidekreis als Auftraggeber (AG) bei der anstehenden Sanierung des Dethlinger Teiches (im Weiteren Sanierung genannt) den „Rund-um-die-Uhr“-Objektschutz (24/7; 24 Std. pro Tag, 7 Tage pro Woche). Der Objektschutz erfolgt hierbei mit jeweils zwei bewaffneten, ausgebildeten und zuverlässigen Wachpersonen gemäß § 34a Gewerbeordnung (GewO). Die Vertragslaufzeit verlängert sich jährlich um 12 Monate, jedoch bis maximal zum 31.12.2028, wenn dieser nicht mit einer 4-monatigen Vorlaufzeit gekündigt wird.
