The National Institute for Research and Development in Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM) has awarded equipment procurement for a thin-film semiconductor fabrication laboratory across five lots: magnetron sputtering equipment, atomic force microscope upgrade, nanoparticle size and zeta potential analyzer, contact bonding installation, and substrate cutting/cleaving installation. The award was completed on 4 June 2026 for 2,267,306.69 RON to four suppliers: CHROMAVANSA, NANOTEAM SRL, TOTAL BIOTEK, and Vector Quality Group, supporting Romania's National Semiconductor Technologies Platform project focused on research, development, and innovation in the semiconductor value chain.
