The Capital Municipality district of Krasno Selo awarded a 24-month contract for maintenance of green areas across the district to RAYT SERVICES EOOD for EUR 511,291.88. The scope comprises two separate positions: grass area maintenance (mowing, cleanup, waste removal, re-turfing) and tree and shrub removal and pruning (including cutting, chipping, and disposal of vegetation waste across various tree sizes and methods). Work will be assigned by the buyer through specific work orders specifying tasks, location, volume, and deadlines, with a possible 12-month contract extension if budget remains unexhausted.
