Generalsanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Th. Eckert mit Neubau einer Dreifachturnalle

The city of Deggendorf awarded a general renovation and expansion of the Thomas Eckert primary school in Deggendorf, including construction of a new triple gymnasium, to Streicher Wohnbau KG on 18 May 2026. The project involves two existing concrete building structures (east and north wings, constructed in 1970) with dimensions of approximately 21 m × 24.5 m and 21 m × 14 m respectively, featuring flat roofs, masonry walls, and various interior finishes, plus the demolition of the existing gymnasium and construction of the new sports facility. The contract value is €5.79 million and the work is now complete.
