Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
Badanie, remont, montaż i uruchomienie dwóch transformatorów mocy 630kVA, będących w posiadaniu Zamawiającego, oraz demontaż wraz z demontażem i utylizacją obecnie zamontowanych transformatorów na terenie Górnośląskiego Centrum Medycznego w Katowicach. Zamówienie obejmuje również pomontażowe pomiary odbiorcze wyremontowanych transformatorów wraz z ewentualnym dostosowaniem kabli lub przyłączy.
Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają Załącznik 2b i 4 do SWZ.
