Generalplanungsleistungen für den Neubau des Sozialgebäudes und der Fahrzeughalle am städtischen Bauhof

Solestadt Bad Dürrenberg procured general planning services for the construction of a new social building and vehicle hall at the municipal depot. The project comprises four phases: construction of a new social building with facilities for approximately 20 employees, demolition of the existing vehicle hall and social structure, construction of a new approximately 1,000 m² warm hall as a system building with workshop, storage and vehicle charging infrastructure, and adaptation of external areas including a vehicle wash station. The contract was awarded to Eßmann Gärtner Nieper Architekten GbR for €418,191.25 on 6 May 2026 and is now complete.
