Payerne/VD, Nouveaux bâtiments CMR + PM Ouest, soumission n°02, CFC 114, 171 – Fondations spéciales

armasuisse Immobilier awarded FR_Orllati (VD) SA a contract worth 985,728.50 CHF on 26 February 2026 for special foundation works as part of the Payerne/VD project involving asbestos removal and demolition of the Miliangos building and construction of a new L-shaped, two-level facility combining the Regional Medical Centre (CMR) and West Military Police (PMO) activities with exterior landscaping and a kennel. The new building, targeting Minergie P eco certification, will incorporate renewable energy sources and ecological materials including wood for its structure, with a total floor area of 5,485 m².
