Overview

Die NEW baut auf dem Firmengelände an der Voltastraße 2 / Alsstraße 126 das ehemalige Verwaltungsgebäude zu einem öffentlichen Bürogebäude um. Das Gebäude hat 5 Geschosse, Untergeschoss bis zum 3. Obergeschoss. Die Umbaumaßnahmen werden in allen Geschossen durchgeführt. Im Untergeschoss werden kleine Umbaumaßnahmen in Technikräumen erfolgen und der Stb.-Aufzugschacht abgebrochen und neu aufgemauert. Im Erdgeschoss werden bestehende Sanitärräume abgebrochen und neu erstellt, weiterhin wird der neue Empfangsbereich und das neue Treppenhaus erstellt. Im 1.Obergeschoss werden alte Büroflächen zurückgebaut und ein Großraumbüro entstehen, sowie neue WC-Räume und Technikräume. Im 2.Obergeschoss werden neue Einzelbüroflächen entstehen und die vorhanden Deckenöffnungen im Flurbreich geschlossen. Im 3. Obergeschoss werden hauptsächlich bestehende Einzelbüroflächen neu aufgeilt.
