The Land Berlin (BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH) procured security services for the arrival and emergency accommodation facility at the former Berlin-Tegel airport, covering terminal areas C1 and C2, lightweight halls E3200 and E7000, adjacent open spaces, and container facilities CB1 and CB2. The scope includes access and vehicle controls, surveillance and patrol services, maintenance of emergency routes, traffic management, alarm and emergency response, fire safety duties including deployment of fire safety personnel, evacuation support, and ongoing security documentation. Eichinger Sicherheit und Service GmbH was awarded the contract on 17 June 2026 for a value of €7,131,659.
