Verbauung Val da Schluein: Teilprojekt TP3 Wildbachsperren, Ingenieurarbeiten

Gemeinde Schluein awarded Caprez Ingenieure AG a contract for engineering services on the Val da Schluein torrent stabilization project, specifically partial project TP3 focusing on repairs to damaged torrent barriers and associated infrastructure design, project management, and commissioning. The wildfire barriers in the catchment area were severely damaged in a 2004 flood event and have deteriorated to a critical state, necessitating urgent repairs to protect residential buildings in the red hazard zone, though repairs to remote steep sections of Val da Tschessas were excluded due to disproportionate costs. The award was valued at CHF 245,074.34 and the project is now complete.
