Le marché a pour objet l'ensemble des prestations intellectuelles nécessaires à l'exercice du rôle de maître d'oeuvre pour un projet de réhabilitation et d'aménagement d'un bâtiment existant e 930 m² (actuellement occupé par l'association sportive d'aviron US Métro) en un centre technique municipal. Ainsi le bâtiment aura pour futur usage de servir de locaux de travail pour les services techniques municipaux suivants : bâtiment, propreté et voirie.
