Die Dienstleistung umfasst die Erstellung eines für Klimawandeluntersuchungen einsetzbaren hydrologisch-wasserwirtschaftlichen Modellwerkzeugs für den Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal und sein Einzugsgebiet. Das Modellwerkzeug besteht aus einem Wasserhaushaltsmodell HydPy-L-ELK (Los 2.1) und einem Bewirtschaftungsmodell RTC-ELK (Los 2.2).
