Im Rahmen strafrechtlicher Ermittlungen wird die Dienstleistung der fachgerechten Bergung und des Transports von Leichen und Leichenteilen (im Folgenden Leichen genannt) für das Polizeipräsidium (PP) Duisburg benötigt.
Die Leistung ist im Zuständigkeitsbereich des PP Duisburg zu erbringen, also im gesamten Stadtgebiet der kreisfreien Stadt Duisburg und dem Kriminalhauptstellenbereich Duisburg für die Leichentransporte im Rahmen der Kriminalhauptstellenzuständigkeit (Kreisgebiet Wesel).
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem oder mehreren Vertragspartner/innen.
