AEC Kozloduy has awarded a framework agreement for the supply of monoethanolamine (MEA) with technical specifications as defined in Technical Specification No. 25.AEC.TZ.730, with an estimated quantity of 18,060 kilograms over the agreement period. The framework agreement, valued at 637,069.68 EUR, was awarded to five suppliers (EMKO VERDE EOOD, INZHENERING KONSULT ES EOOD, MC-Baukhemi EOOD, FINOKEM OOD, and HEMIVERDE) on 29 June 2026 based on the lowest price criterion and will run for three years or until the maximum value is reached. Specific delivery contracts will be issued through periodic written requests based on the buyer's annual needs, with unit prices capped at those proposed during the tender process.
