Municipality of Petrich awarded a contract to VEDIPEMA EOOD on 29 April 2026 for compliance assessment reports and construction supervision services across four separate lots covering parking construction, park renovation, playground and fitness facility installation, and plaza rehabilitation projects in the municipality. The contractor must prepare compliance assessment reports, provide construction supervision during works, coordinate health and safety, manage occupancy permitting procedures, and handle defect management during warranty periods, in accordance with Bulgarian construction regulations.
