Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von folgenden Planungsleistungen für den Auftaktplatz im Wohngebiet Sonnenrain: - Grundleistungen Objektplanung Freianlagen nach § 39 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 11.1, LPH 2 (teilweise, Grundleistungen nach lit. d), f) und g), 3, 5 bis 9; Überdies sind nach Bedarf des Auftraggebers besondere Leistungen im Leistungsbild Freianlagenplanung zu erbringen. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung beabsichtigt, ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht nicht.
