Die Aufgabe des zu findenden Büros oder der Planungsgemeinschaft ist die Planung eines Retentionsraumes bei Groß Umstadt. Eine Entwurfsplanung wurde bereits in der Vergangenheit erstellt und wurde zur Genehmigung eingereicht. (siehe Anlage A3) Diese wird zur Verfügung gestellt und ist in der Genehmigungsphase aufzuarbeiten und zur Genehmigung zu führen. Anrechenbare Kosten: indiziert ca. 5,7 Mio Euro netto.
