Region Gotland ämnar upphandla ett ramavtal med en leverantör som, utifrån Region Gotlands ledarskapsstrategi och nuvarande utbildningsinsatser inom ledarutveckling, ska ta fram och leda utbildningsinsatser med syfte att utbilda och kompetenshöja Region Gotlands chefer.
