The Sofia Municipality is procuring construction and installation works for the reconstruction of the Ivaniane-2 dam, a first-category facility involving geodetic surveys, engineering geology, hydrotechnical design, fire safety, waste management planning, and landscaping according to a detailed work project. The dam is classified as a small gravity earth-fill dam, and the scope includes construction of a reinforced concrete spillway with energy dissipator, a new main outlet, and a control measurement system. The contract was awarded on 22 January 2025 with an estimated value of 442,252 BGN.
