Informaciono Obsluzhvane AD has awarded a contract valued at 215,000 EUR to Sienesis AD for the maintenance and upgrade of specialized software for the Integrated Information System of State Administration (IISDA) and provision of usage rights and subscription support for legal information systems. The procurement covered three line items, with only the first (IISDA software support and upgrade) being subject to competitive bidding, while line items two and three (legal information systems SIELA and APIS) were awarded directly under exemption provisions.
