The City of Munich's Building Department awarded planning services for technical equipment design (HOAI phases 1–9) to Bummer Hof Planungs-GmbH on 19 May 2026 for the renovation, expansion, and modernization of the Peslmüllerstraße school complex in the Pasing-Obermenzing district. The scope encompasses design for a new four-form middle school, a new fourth extension wing for the gymnasium with sports hall and central kitchen, comprehensive renovation of the existing primary school and sports facilities, and various infrastructure upgrades including temporary modular classrooms and a technical center.
