Overview
El presente acuerdo marco tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones técnicas a las que deberán ajustarse los contratos basados para realizar las obras en las edificaciones de centros educativos, e instalaciones deportivas básicas así como en los espacios libres de parcela de dichas edificaciones, zonas verdes y obras en vía pública cuya competencia corresponda al Distrito o se hayan avocado las competencias, siempre que estén destinados al funcionamiento operativo de los servicios y/o al uso público que se contraten por medio de los correspondientes contratos basado del presente Acuerdo Marco.
