Light-sheet microscope for imaging of large cleared samples

The subject of the public contract is a light fluorescence microscope for imaging large cleared samples. The subject of this tender is the supply of one new, unrefurbished, previously unused and fully functional light microscope designed and optimized for fast volumetric imaging of intact cleared samples (e.g. brain, lung) with subcellular resolution, including all components and accessories. This is according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex 4 of the TD - Table of Technical Parameters and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this tender documentation, in particular in Annex 2 of the TD - Purchase Contract. Part of the subject of performance is also the delivery of the necessary quantity of fully compatible material for installation, functional verification and commissioning, so that the client can verify the functionality and smooth operation of the delivered equipment upon delivery and after installation. The cost of this material shall be included in the supplier's total tender price. The subject of the contract is also: • transport and installation at the place of performance; • training of the contracting authority's employees in the operation and control of the device and software in Czech or English in the scope specified in Annex 4 of the TD - Table of Technical Parameters, at the supplier's expense; • the provision of warranty service to the extent and under the conditions specified in the contract for the performance of the public contract; and • disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management.
