The Basque Government's Department of Education has awarded a contract for organizing English, French, and German language courses abroad for secondary school students in grades 3–4 of compulsory education and grades 1–2 of upper secondary education. The contract, valued at €250,543.71, was awarded on 20 May 2026 to eight providers: Centro Internacional de Idiomas S.A., Education Factory 1983 S.L., Interway S.A., Language Kingdom S.L., New Link Education Sociedad Limitada, She Herencia S.L., Step Language Services S.L., and Tourgalia Gestion S.L.
