Overview
Die Stadtverwaltung Dachau plant ab dem dritten Quartal 2025 die Einführung eines Dokumenten Management Systems (DMS) zur Optimierung ihrer Verwaltungsprozesse.
Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems und Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Überlassung von Standard-Software auf Dauer sowie mit der Umsetzung verbundene Integrations- und Serviceleistungen wie bspw. Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Einrichtung der Software, Dokumentation, Schulung, Pflege, Wartung und der Support.
