Die Primär- und Sekundärtechnik des Unterwerks Leibstadt erreichen das Ende ihrer technischen Lebensdauer. Swissgrid ersetzt deshalb die Primär- und Sekundärtechnik und errichtet ein eigenes Unterwerksgebäude. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung werden die nötigen Planerleistungen für die Swissgrid-Phasen 32, 33 und 41 (angelehnt an die SIA-Phasen) ausgeschrieben. Die weiteren Phasen 51, 52 und 53 sind ebenfalls Teil der Ausschreibung, jedoch als optionale Leistungen.
