Realisierung und Betrieb öffentliche Ladeinfrastruktur in der Stadt Luzern

The City of Lucerne awarded a concession to DE_AVIA VOLT Suisse AG on 7 July 2026 for the realization and operation of public charging stations on city-owned parking lots. The city provides the base infrastructure and network connection to predefined sites, while the concessionaire is responsible for procuring and installing charging stations and managing all operations including maintenance, billing, customer service, and identification. The concessionaire pays a concession fee to the city for use of the parking spaces and publicly financed infrastructure.
