Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών διαφημιστικού γραφείου ή/και γραφείου επικοινωνίας και δημοσίων σχέσεων όπως αυτές περιγράφονται στους όρους εντολής - Τεχνικές Προδιαγραφές, στο Παράρτημα ΙΙ των εγγράφων του Διαγωνισμού για περίοδο 12 μηνών από την ημερομηνία έναρξης εκτέλεσης του αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης με δικαίωμα ανανέωσης της Σύμβασης για πρόσθετη περίοδο μέχρι 12 μήνες και περαιτέρω δυνατότητα ανανέωσης της για πρόσθετη περίοδο μέχρι 12 μήνες νοουμένου ότι και τα δύο μέρη συμφωνούν με τους ίδιους όρους και τις ίδιες τιμές.
