Overview
Stufenweise Erbringung von Objektplanungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Freianlagenplanung gemäß § 39 HOAI ab LPH3 bis LPH9.
Die Realisierung erfolgt abschnittsweise in räumlich und zeitlich getrennten Bauabschnitten. Beginn LPH 3 ab Juli 2025, Baubeginn ab 2027.
2025 und 2026 sollen die Planentwürfe und die Fachgutachten erstellt werden. Die nötigen Fach-, und Genehmigungsgutachten sind vom Planer zu ermitteln und zu koordinieren.
