Overview
Beschaffung von Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 (dauerhafte, lokal betriebene Lizenzen) sowie eines einheitlichen Multi-Vendor-Services (2nd/3rd Level) für die Arbeitsplatz-Produktivitätsumgebung der Auftraggeber (KRITIS). Der Auftragnehmer erbringt Remote-Support inkl. Incident-/Problem-Management, Herstellerkoordination (SPOC) und SLA-gestützter Störungsbearbeitung (P1 24/7); der 1st-Level erfolgt beim Auftraggeber. Gesamtvergabe ohne Losbildung; Bietergemeinschaften/Nachunternehmer zugelassen. Vertragsgrundlage: EVB-IT Überlassung Typ A (Lizenzen) und EVB-IT Servicevertrag (Betrieb/Support).
