- Abläufe für Entwässerung und Notentwässerung, Fallrohre außenliegend.
- Attikaabdichtung und -dämmung mit Einbindung bauseitiger Geländerkonstruktionen.
Notabdichtung unter Fassadengerüst als Vorabmaßnahme im Februar 2026.
Ausführung Hauptdachflächen ab August 2026.
