Forest Technical University procured delivery of net active electrical energy at low and medium voltage levels from a standard balancing group coordinator, including full information flow administration with the electricity system operator and assumption of imbalance costs. The contract, valued at 358,000 EUR, was awarded to Energy Operations OOD on 4 May 2026 for a 12-month supply period with an estimated consumption of 2,400 MWh.
