Overview
Zur Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Neubaus "Zentrallabor mit Mikrobiologie und Virologie (ZL)" des Universitätsklinikums Düsseldorf (UKD) wird ein externer Baukostenprüfer gesucht. Der Baukostenprüfer wird vom Bauherrn direkt beauftragt und handelt unabhängig von der operativen Projektabwicklung. Seine Hauptaufgabe ist die sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung aller kostenrelevanten Aspekte im Rahmen des gewählten Selbstkostenerstattungsmodells gemäß den vertraglichen Regelungen. Die Prüfung erfolgt mit Blick auf Plausibilität, Marktüblichkeit und Vertragstreue der geltend gemachten Kosten sowie auf eine nachvollziehbare und faire Abrechnung.
