Overview
Este Acuerdo Marco tiene por objeto contratar el suministro de gasoil para los vehículos y las instalaciones de ECO-EQUIP SAM, de acuerdo con las condiciones de ejecución establecidas en el Pliego de prescripciones técnicas (PPT). Así pues, el Acuerdo marco tiene la finalidad de seleccionar las empresas comercializadoras que podrán suministrar gasóleo por los vehículos y las instalaciones de ECO-EQUIPO SAM, fijándose las condiciones de estos suministros, para posteriormente adjudicar entre las empresas homologadas los concretos contratos específicos basados en este acuerdo marco.
