Contract for Facility Refurbishment Works for the Irish Bioeconomy Foundation at the Lisheen Mine Site, Co. Tipperary

Facility upgrades to include, - Construction of Concrete Service Yard, - Mechanical Services for pipework, vessel installations, integration of vessel and utilities, and supply of vessel access platform - Electrical Services to upgrade obsolete electrical system, data network and site security, - Miscellaneous works to include general upkeep and maintenance of building, relocating of equipment and services to satisfy integration of new equipment that includes minor works such as tie-ins for plumbing, minor electricals, cable for network, etc. Please refer to the Works Requirements for more detail.
