Aufruf zum Wettbewerb durch Bekanntmachung über das Bestehen eines PRÜFSYSTEMS. Inhalt des Prüfsystems Netztransformatoren ist die Lieferung von Netztransformatoren in verschiedenen Leistungen und Spannungsebenen (höchstzulässige Betriebsspannung max. 36 kV).Bei konkreten Vergabeverfahren werden die - ausgehend von diesem Prüfsystem - präqualifizierten Bewerber zur Angebotslegung eingeladen. Die Anforderungen, welche die Bewerber zur Teilnahme am Prüfsystem und folglich Präqualifikation erfüllen müssen, sind in den Prüfregeln/Prüfkriterien definiert.
