Overview
Inhalt der Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung von Beraterleistungen für den Fachbereich Client Services des Bayerischen Landesamts für Steuern.
Ziel ist eine langfristige Unterstützung von Clientservices bei der Bewältigung der obliegenden Aufgaben, insbesondere im Rahmen des digitalen Wandels. Durch regelmäßige Zuarbeit im Rahmen des Software-Lifecycle-Managements soll die interne Arbeitsbelastung verringert werden.
Außerdem ist gewünscht, dass im durch die enge Zusammenarbeit Know-How und Kompetenzen in Fachbereich aufgebaut und entwickelt wird.
Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung zwei Jahre + zweimalige Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr
