Het doel van deze openbare aanbesteding is raamovereenkomsten te sluiten met maximaal vijf contractpartijen, die in staat zijn om alle ICT hardware te leveren die in de komende jaren binnen het primaire proces (onderwijs) van Onderwijsstichting Arcade benodigd is (binnen de scope van de opdracht).
