Overview
Die SachsenNetze HS.HD GmbH plant die Erweiterung der bestehenden Lagerkapazitäten am Standort Zschoner Ring 3 in 01723 Wilsdruff OT Kesselsdorf. Hierfür wird eine neue Lagerhalle mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 6.600m² errichtet, welche direkt an ein bereits vorhandenes Lagergebäude anschließt. Der Neubau der Lagerhalle erfolgt in 2 Bauabschnitten und soll noch im Jahr 2027 fertiggestellt werden. Parallel hierzu finden Sanierungsarbeiten im Bestandsgebäude statt und es werden die technischen Anlagen erneuert. Die Arbeiten im Bestand werden im laufenden Betrieb des Gebäudes ausgeführt.
