24-006-FRR Bildungs- und Begegnungsstätte "ROBBE" / Neubau der Kita - Bauabschnitt 01

Philipp Bauunternehmen GmbH & Co. KG was awarded a contract valued at €1,055,890.59 on 28 May 2026 for the construction of a two-storey kindergarten (building section 01) as part of a three-phase project in Rodenbach. The facility will accommodate 7 groups for up to 147 children across ground and upper floors, plus a mini-club with 2 additional groups for up to 27 children, with associated multipurpose rooms, kitchens, and outdoor play areas. This first construction phase has been completed and the project is now in its execution phase, with subsequent phases including demolition of the existing kindergarten and construction of a family centre.
